Khator has vast experience in designing of MIS for each functional area and for the top management.

Independent DirectorAbhishek Mahawar holds the degree of Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics from Pt. Ravishanker Shukla University, Raipur and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since 1999 (AIR 40). He has vast experience in Audits, Risk Advisory and Assurance Services of large diversified industrial, commercial and institutional clients. He has core competence is in Audits & Advisory and possesses significant experience in Statutory Audits, SOX compliances, IT enabled Audits, ERP Package Implementations. Earlier, He has served Infosys Enterprise Solutions as Senior Consultant and has executed various Fortune 50 Clients in US & UK.

DirectorVishwanath is a Techno-HR-Crat with a blend of IT and HR providing business solution from range of ERPs to HR tools on performance enhancement.
